    We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you up to 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  2. Return Eligibility & Conditions
    To qualify for a return:

Cookware, pots, and accessories must be unused, unwashed, and in their original working condition.

The item must be in its original manufacturer packaging complete with all lids, handles, protective inserts, user manuals, and accessories included.

Proof of purchase (order number or purchase receipt) is required.

  1. How to Initiate a Return
    Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return.

Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with detailed return instructions and the authorized return shipping address.

Securely pack the item in its original box and ship it back using a trackable courier service.

Important Note: Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

  1. Return Shipping Fees & Defective Goods
    Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your cookware arrives damaged during transit, chipped, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will cover 100% of the return shipping fees and issue a free replacement or full refund.

Buyer’s Remorse / Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the product or ordered the wrong size/model, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping cost.

    Once your returned shipment is received and thoroughly inspected at our facility, we will send an email confirming receipt and approval status.

Approved refunds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
